TRENDS VINTAGE MARKETPLACE & CO.
Are you looking for Redding’s Vintage, Farmhouse, MCM, Etc.? Well you found it. Trends Vintage Marketplace & Co. has 10,000 square feet of vintage, antique, farmhouse, MCM and ohhh so much more. There are 48 different vendors who stock their booths full of these goodies. Owners, Sean and Diane, seem very proud of their shop and rightly so. I just love their canoe lighting fixture. Take the time to look at it….just amazing and creative.
I decided to take an afternoon and walk through those 10,000 sq. ft. Boy was I impressed of the wide selection of items. It’s obvious that the vendors have put their heart and sole into their displays. It was quite enjoyable to walk around and take it all in.
VINTAGE, ANTIQUE, FARMHOUSE, MCM AND MORE
There were rows and rows of booths to admire. I walked by and saw a vintage dresser made out of the most beautiful wood. There were loads and loads of vintage and antique furniture and even the smaller items throughout. Don’t forget to look up as there were many beautiful chandeliers hanging above. But wait, what about the farmhouse style? I came across many items that have been renewed with paint giving a piece of furniture new life with a farmhouse or shabby chic style.
One vendor staged their booth as a “general store”. How cute is this. Go back in time and pick out your goodies to take home.
I found mid-century modern furniture and accessories which I just love. Look carefully through the many booths to pick out your MCM pieces.
Metals, metals, metals. This cute booth was very fascinating. How many lamps do you find that are made out of a gas can and such. Well this booth had just that and much more.
Oh you say you are looking for vintage clothing. It’s here. And don’t forget that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Apparently this vendor has not forgotten.
PAINTS
Are you interested in creating your own farmhouse or shabby chic style and want to branch out and try your hand in painting? Trends has a variety of paints to try.
So when you are looking for Redding’s vintage, farmhouse, MCM and etc. items, I would highly recommend taking a day and cruise through Trends Vintage Marketplace & Co. You never know what you might find there. Sean informed me that the vendors are bringing in new items on a daily basis. I will need to go back and see the new merchandise.

On a little smaller scale but just as charming is Wild Thymes Gifts and Gardens located on 1272 Oregon St., Redding, CA

This store has long been a favorite place for me to shop at, look around and enjoy the creativity of each of the Vendors.. Owners Sean and Diane have always been very friendly, welcoming and eager to assist me with my purchases.
I also love Wild Thyme, their stock changes on a regular basis. Check out both venues if you are looking for that perfect item or gift.
