The City of Anderson is a rural community approximately 10 miles south of Redding. Anderson has many historical homes and buildings. There are many shops, restaurants and gas stations to service the City of Anderson. It is home to the Anderson River Park situated on the Sacramento River. Enjoy the annual Bocchi Ball tournament, baseball field, fishing, picnic areas and during the summer, the Mosquito Serenade and much more.
