Looking for a great place to have some scrumptious pizza? You will enjoy the family fun atmosphere of Goodtimes Pizza & Things in Palo Cedro.
Owner Troy Parrott
I had the pleasure to meet and interview the owner Troy Parrott. What a friendly gentleman. He told me that he has always wanted to own his own pizza place. Troy has been the new owner of Goodtimes Pizza & Things since 2017. He is a community man and wants to bring the community together and to support his community. Troy said that he has such friendly customers. I have to say that Troy and the two girls helping me at the counter were just as friendly.
A Little History
Troy was kind enough to give me a little history of the building of 22049 Old Forty Four Drive, Palo Cedro, CA. It all started as Junction Elementary School on May 2, 1881 and continued until 1959.
He went on to let me know that early on it was a reel-to-reel movie theater called the Flick. I vaguely remember the movie theater as a child. He said that it has also been a dance studio, another pizza place and Andy’s Ace Hardware.
Good times at GoodTimes
As I walked in I could felt the atmosphere as relaxed, welcoming and friendly. What a great place to bring the family. Sit down have something to drink and enjoy some great food.
They have banquet rooms and I would recommend checking out their Facebook Page to see the past and upcoming events hosted by Goodtimes Pizza & Things. One upcoming event is Paint Party “Joy” hosted by Muralguy64 on December 6, 2019.
Oh and the kids will absolutely love the game room….okay and so will a lot of adults.
So check out the Goodtimes Pizza and Things at 22049 Old Forty Four, Palo Cedro……you won’t be disappointed.
